Education in Britain gives us much to celebrate and the events are a positive focus on shared ambition and inspiration. This national Summit to be held in Manchester is a chance to mark the outstanding commitment and achievements of our great educators and organisations. It is an opportunity to be inspired by what they do and share their successes for the benefit of our wider education nation. The summit will take as a main theme, how to build an education and skills system that works; looking at developments across place-based leadership and developing ways of working that ensure that learners, communities and institutions can flourish.
The Education Britain summits convene senior leaders from across schools, colleges and universities to act as a catalyst for fresh thinking, practical action and new ways of working together. It’s a chance to address the big issues, what works and where we go from here. The positive focus and tone of this summit will allow us to build consensus around key challenges and to share the inspiration that creates change on the ground.
